Receptionists are very nice and helpful but sometimes they can't help people in te reception becaareto many people are calling on the clinics phone.

Overall I am very pleased with the care I receive from the doctors and staff at the Sands End Health Clinic.

Maybe if possible to have a quicker app time sometimes it can take 2 weeks to see a gp of choice or take app with dr you don't know I would rather stick with doctor I know especially when I was going through cancer treatment it's good I think to see the same doc when you go for app as you can relate to doctor you know

Very clean surgery with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The GP I saw (Dr Lewis) was very thorough and had excellent bedside manner. I was really very impressed. Keep up the good work!
